  • Do you have to wear a mask? – Yes, per St. Louis County guidelines, we ask that you do wear a mask during your workout. 
  • Are we checking temperatures before entering the gym? – No, but you will have to submit a short health questionnaire with your online class reservation.  It takes about 10 seconds.  
  • Are there capacity limits in place? – Yes. Per St. Louis County guidelines, we have a limit of 16 people in any one class.  We have added classes to our daily schedule to ensure everyone gets in!   
  • How is social distancing being enforced? – Our students now workout at designated, fully equipped stations, for the duration of their workout.  Staying at their station keeps everyone 10-12ft apart at all times.  We also have defined entry and exit doors. 
  • What are TFW’s cleaning protocols? – Classes are 45 minutes long and start on the hour.  Members use the time between classes to disinfect all equipment and our staff disinfects all common areas during down time.  We also have our facility professionally cleaned every week.  
  • What can you bring into the gym? – TFW supplies all equipment and keeps it surgically clean.  However, you can bring anything that is your own(mats, gloves, belts, etc) if you want.  There are shelves at each training station to set your personal belongings(keys, purses, etc). 
  • How do you know when it’s safe to workout at TFW? – We are doing everything possible to keep our facility safe and clean, but only you can make the decision for what is right for you.  We respect whatever decision you make and look forward to helping you when you’re ready.
  • Not ready to come back to the gym? We can still help! – TFW now offers unlimited access to our results based training system online.  If you’re interested in these new membership options, please send us a message.
